CARE of Jasmine nightshade (Solanum jasminoides):
Jasmine nightshade is a fast-growing container plant that can be easily trained along a trellis or left to cascade gracefully from a hanging basket. From May to October, it offers continuous blooms, provided it receives regular watering and biweekly liquid feeding.
The striking white, star-shaped flowers resemble those of the potato plant—no surprise, as they belong to the same family. It blooms most abundantly in a sunny spot. Want to keep the plant for the next season? Be sure to bring it indoors in time, as it is not frost-hardy.
A tropical party with delightful scents, right in your own garden!
