Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

I ensure that your flowers are delivered with the greatest care and speed. Below you will find all information about delivery in my fixed region and beyond.

Delivery within my region (Same-day delivery)

If you order on weekdays or during the weekend before 16:00 (4 PM), I will deliver your bouquet personally to your home today. For the Dutch border region, the order deadline is 14:00 (2 PM) for same-day delivery.

  • Delivery costs: €8.95 per address

  • Free delivery: For orders from €65.-

  • Pickup: Free pickup within 1 hour during opening hours at our flower atelier in Heide-Kalmthout.

We deliver personally in the following towns and municipalities:

  • Belgium: Kalmthout, Essen, Wuustwezel, Kapellen, Brasschaat, Ekeren, Stabroek, Berendrecht, and Zandvliet.

  • The Netherlands (Border region): Putte, Hoogerheide, Huijbergen, Ossendrecht, and Woensdrecht.

Delivery in the rest of Belgium & Neighboring countries

Do you live outside my fixed delivery region? No problem! I also deliver your flowers quickly and fresh to those areas through reliable, specialized delivery partners.

  • Belgium (outside region): Ordered before 14:00 (2 PM) = delivery on the next delivery day.

  • The Netherlands, France, Germany & Luxembourg: €14.50 shipping costs (free delivery from €85.-).

Track & Trace & Status Updates

  • For deliveries outside our region: As soon as your order has been handed over to our specialized flower courier, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code via email to follow the delivery live.

  • For personal deliveries within our region: Because we drive here ourselves, you as the sender will receive a direct update via email as soon as the bouquet has been delivered (or safely left with the neighbors).

Weekends, holidays & Mondays

Because flowers are often meant for a special moment, we also deliver within our own region on weekends and public holidays.

  • Delivery on Mondays: Although my physical atelier is closed on Mondays, we do deliver in our local region on that day if you place your order a few days in advance.

  • Choose your own delivery date: You don't have to wait until checkout; you can see the convenient delivery calendar as soon as you open a bouquet on our website.
