Ordering & payment at Firenze Bloemenatelier

Choosing a beautiful bouquet should be just as enjoyable as receiving one. That’s why I’ve made the ordering process simple and clear. In just a few steps, you can send flowers to yourself or someone special.

How to order your flowers

Step 1 – Choose your bouquet or plant

Browse the collection and add your favourite bouquet or plant to your cart. You can also include a personalised message card.

Step 2 – Review your order

In your shopping cart, you can review your order and select a delivery date. Anonymous delivery is possible – your details will not appear on the card or receipt.

Step 3 – Delivery details

Enter the delivery address and your contact details. Shipping costs are calculated automatically.
Tip: ordering before 1 PM on weekdays often allows same-day delivery.

Step 4 – Secure checkout

Choose your payment method and complete your order. I will start preparing your flowers immediately. You will receive a confirmation and invoice by email.

Secure payment

All payments are processed in a secure environment. You can pay with:

  • Bancontact (Belgium)
  • iDEAL (Netherlands)
  • Credit card (Visa & Mastercard)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Business orders

Business orders include a digital invoice for easy accounting.
