CARE of Pineapple Plant (Bromelia Ananas corona):

The pineapple plant has a very high ornamental value, and how could it be otherwise? The Pineapple plant is the only Bromeliad that carries a fantastic tropical fruit piece on its stem. The plant smells wonderfully sweet when the fruit ripens. Although the mini pineapple looks very tasty, it is not suitable for consumption. It is an ornamental fruit.

Place the pineapple plant in a well-lit place in the house, away from direct afternoon sun. Water this plant in the calyx, which is the heart of the plant from which the flower grows. From this heart the plant feeds itself. When the water is no longer visible in the tube of the leaves, the plant needs to be watered again. Their tropical roots make pineapple plants excellent survivors, so they require little maintenance.

Pineapple plants provide flowering pleasure for an average of 3-6 months! The pineapple plant also easily makes cuttings next to the mother plant and with a little patience and love a new pineapple plant can be grown.
