CARE of Sunflower (Helianthus):

In dry weather it is best to water extra to prolong flowering as much as possible.
A sunflower requires a lot of moisture for good growth. They normally do not need extra nutrition, but potassium-rich liquid fertilizer makes them bloom more profusely. After flowering the seeds appear, in order to harvest them you must cut the flowers and hang them upside down in an airy, dry and warm place to dry. If necessary, recover the seeds for the following year.
