CARE of Psammophiliella (Gypsohila):
Care: Do not let the plant dry out during flowering, but ensure good drainage. You can achieve the best and longest flowering by regularly removing dead flowers.
Attractive to butterflies and bees: Yes, the plant attracts butterflies and bees.
Pruning: Gypsophila is not evergreen and therefore does not need pruning. At the end of flowering you can cut off the last flower stems and let the leaves die back. In the spring, when the plant begins to grow again, remove the remains of dead plants.
Tip: Cut the plant completely immediately after the first flowering period, approximately 10 cm from the ground. The plant will germinate again and you will get a second flowering!
