Pruning The plant is not evergreen and therefore does not need to be pruned, cut off the last flower stems at the end of flowering and simply let the foliage continue to die, remove any dead plant remains in the spring when the plant starts to shoot back.
Tip immediately after the first flowering period, cut the plant back completely to 10 cm above the ground, the plant will shoot here and you will get a second flowering!
