CARE of Rose mallow (Hibiscus):

The flowers of the Hibiscus come in various bright colors and some varieties even have double flowers. The leaves are a beautiful bright green.

         Its flowers are enchantingly beautiful.

This plant prefers to be in a sunny, somewhat sheltered spot where it can enjoy the sun. Bright sun will make it bloom less quickly. The Hibiscus does not necessarily need to be pruned. You could possibly do this in the spring for even richer flowering and a more compact shrub. If you don't prune it, it will grow a little wilder and get bigger. During harsh winters it needs some protection with leaves or straw.
