Ordering & Payment

Ordering at Firenze Bloemenatelier is easy

You can place an order in just three steps. The process is quick, clear, and easy to follow through our webshop.

Step 1 – Choose your flowers

  • Select the desired product and quantity.

  • Choose your preferred delivery date (required).

  • Optionally, add a card with a personal message.

  • Click “Add to cart”. You will see your selection immediately in the overview.

Step 2 – Review your shopping cart

  • Check the total overview of your order.

  • Orders placed before 16:00 can be delivered the same day in our region (*).

  • Delivery is possible 7 days a week in our delivery area.

  • You can also add a discount code or gift card.

  • Click “Proceed to checkout”.

Step 3 – Complete your order

  • Enter your email, delivery address, and invoice details.

  • Choose whether you want your flowers delivered or will pick them up.

  • Select your payment method.

  • Read and accept our terms and conditions.

  • Click “Place order and pay” to complete your order.

You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.

Payment methods

You can safely and easily pay with:

Bancontact – for Belgian customers

  • Secure payment via your own bank (Argenta, AXA, Belfius, Beobank, BNP Paribas Fortis, Fintro, ING, Nagelmackers).

Credit Card (Visa – Mastercard – American Express)

  • Fast, safe, and internationally recognized.

  • Confirmation via your bank or card company required.

PayPal

  • Easy payment through your PayPal account.

  • Fast, reliable, and widely accepted.

iDEAL (for Dutch customers)

  • Pay through your trusted Dutch bank.

  • Safe and immediate.

Home Banking

  • Supports Belfius, KBC/CBC, ING, and other Belgian banks.

  • You will be redirected to the secure bank environment.

Gift card

How it works:

  1. Choose a bouquet and follow the normal ordering steps.

  2. Select “Gift card” as the payment method.

  3. Enter the long barcode and complete the payment.

Note:

  • Incomplete orders may temporarily block the gift card. Contact +32 3658 26 00 if this happens.

  • If your card balance is insufficient, pay the remaining amount with iDEAL or another method.

  • Remaining balance is saved for your next order.
