CARE of Mexican snowball (Echeveria):
The Echeveria has thick, fleshy leaves in a rosette shape. These leaves vary in color per species from gray green to lilac and reddish. It is a succulent plant, which makes it ideal for the holidays; it can go 2 to 3 weeks without water. Moreover, the Echeveria is a perfect gift for forgetful types: it does not matter if you occasionally forget to water the plant.
Place: The Echeveria likes a sunny position, but also thrives in partial shade.
Water: A small amount of water is sufficient.
Repotting: To allow the plant to grow well, it is best to repot it every three years, preferably in the spring for an optimal effect. Are there dead leaves at the bottom of your Echeveria? These shrink on their own and disappear under the plant.
