• Contacting you if necessary for the execution of our agreement.
• Complying with legal obligations (such as tax administration).

3. How long do I keep your data?

I do not keep your data longer than necessary. If no order or agreement is established, I keep your data for a maximum of one year. In the event of a purchase, I am legally obliged to keep invoice data for 7 years for tax purposes.

• Webshop software: My shop runs on Lightspeed. They provide technical support and security (SSL encryption).
• Payments: Payments are processed via Mollie. They process your payment data securely.
• External sales channels: I also sell via Bol.com. The data I receive through them is used exclusively to handle your order.
• Delivery: Your address details are shared with the courier service delivering your bouquet.
