CARE Christmas kalanchoe (Kalanchoë):

The Christmas kalanchoe is an easy to care for houseplant. We recommend placing the plant in a place with a lot of light, but the plant will also do fine in a (semi) shade. The plant then grows less quickly. The plant needs little water. Do not give the plant too much water, the Christmas kalanchoe cannot handle this well.

The Christmas kalanchoe can do without water for a while. So make sure that the soil around a Christmas kalanchoe dries well before you water the plant again. Prevent at all times that the Christmas kalanchoe is in too wet soil. If this is the case, the leaves will become spongy and the plant will not survive.
