Firenze bloemenatelier with a heart for flowers and plants.

Early in the morning I visit the auction/wholesaler for fresh flowers and plants. In addition to the flowers and plants, new supplies of decorative pots and decorations are also provided for the next season and these are also regularly replenished in our store. When I visit the auction/wholesale, I check the freshness and quality of the flowers and plants. They are then all carefully polished and arranged by length and color to be beautifully presented in our store for sale. I also ensure that the flower subscriptions and orders are ready, so that they can be taken with the driver on time and delivered to your home. This means the customer can enjoy a colorful bouquet or plant from the morning onwards.

In the evening, the entire flower shop is checked and set up and/or replenished for the next morning. The life of a Florence Flower Studio clearly never stands still!

Why the name Firenze Bloemenatelier?

Let me explain it to you briefly. Firenze or Florence is of course a very beautiful city in Italy. Florence was founded in the year 59 BC. Founded by Julius Caesar as a settlement for retired Roman soldiers under the name 'Florentia'.

Florentia means Flowering in Latin.

The Italians also love terracotta! Not surprising, because this pottery takes place in the town of Impruneta - also called “Cotto di Impruneta”. It is a small town located among the Tuscan hills near Florence. The most famous pottery in the world has been baked in this town for hundreds of years. The pots are produced by hand according to age-old tradition.

Firenze is also the name of a beautiful flower, the Alstroemeria or Inca lily. The Alstroemeria likes to play hide and seek in the flower bud. But oh la la, the surprise is there when she opens her six to eight beautiful strong flower buds! The flower has a flaming inside, yellow and orange that can be fully enjoyed.

Alstroemeria also has a symbolic meaning; The six flower buds of the Alstroemeria are all equally important! They each have their own meaning:

Because of these beautiful and beautiful meanings, I was completely melted by the name “Firenze”. To create even more clarity, I have added “Firenze Bloemenatelier” after the name.
