Order & Pay

Placing your order is simple

Placing an order with Firenze Bloemenatelier is easy, fast and simple. By following the 3-step plan, which navigates you through the website, an order can be placed in no time. These 3 steps look like this:

Step 1:

Choose the desired product/quantity. Add the desired delivery date (required). If desired, you can add a card including a personal message. You then place the chosen product in your shopping cart by clicking on the “add to cart” button. You will see the order in an overview.

Step 2:

View your order overview in the shopping cart. Orders placed before 4:00 PM can be delivered the same day in our region(*). Delivery is possible from Monday to Sunday in our region (*). If necessary, enter a discount code or gift voucher. Then click on “proceed to checkout”.

Step 3:

Below is an overview of the order. You then fill in the details: your email, the delivery address, collection or delivery, billing address is your address. Then choose the desired payment method. View the general terms and conditions. Then click on 'place order and pay' to make the payment and complete the order. After payment is successful, your order is completed and you will receive a confirmation by email within a few minutes.

Bancontact

With Bancontact you can pay for your online purchase with us in a reliable, safe and easy way. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. As an internet banker, you can use Bancontact directly, without having to register or install special software.

When paying for your order, you will be taken to a separate login screen where you can enter your bank details and card number. You then identify yourself to your own bank to agree to the order made. After your approval, payment will be completed.

Creditcard

 American Express – Mastercard – Visa

Credit cards are also one of the most used payment methods for online purchases in Belgium. It's easy, safe and fast. We accept the 3 largest credit cards active in Belgium and within the EU.
When paying for your order, you will be taken to a separate login screen where you can enter your bank details and credit card number. You then identify yourself with your own bank and/or credit card company to agree to the order made. After your approval, payment will be completed.

Paypal

To pay with Paypal you need a Paypal account. With Paypal you can make a payment at many online stores with just a few mouse clicks.

iDeal

iDeal is only possible for our customers with a Dutch bank account. You can pay easily and securely through your own bank.

Bank transfer

on account number BE… with mandatory notification of the order number and/or invoice number. Please note: transfer takes a number of days.

Home Banking

Belfius – KBC/CBC – ING – anderen

When you choose to pay via your bank (home-banking) for your purchase in our webshop. You will then be automatically referred to your own banking environment to complete the payment.

Gift voucher

This is how paying with a gift voucher works:

Step 1:

Choose a beautiful bouquet and follow all the steps.

Step 2:
Select Gift Voucher for the payment method.

Step 3:
Enter the long barcode number and follow the further steps to complete your order. If an order is not completed, your gift card may be temporarily deactivated. Please contact us. 03/658 26 00

Do you have a shortage of balance on the gift voucher?
Then, after your partial payment with the gift voucher, you can pay the remaining amount with, for example, iDeal. If you do not do this, your order will not be completed and after some time (usually after 1 hours) the balance will be returned to your gift voucher. You can then try again at a later time.

Balance left?
The remaining balance remains on the card for a subsequent purchase.
